A New Chapter for Agriton and Agro-Vital: Honoring Fran’s Legacy and Embracing the Future

As I step into this new role with Agriton and Agro-Vital, my heart is full of mixed emotions. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to lead these companies, and at the same time, I feel the bittersweet sadness of saying goodbye to a remarkable mentor and friend.

Fran founded Agriton two decades ago, and the success of this company is entirely her legacy. From the start, she has been a guiding force, leading by example and practicing what she preached about sustainable, environmentally-friendly solutions. Fran’s passion for our mission has remained unwavering from day one, and her dedication has inspired all of us to believe in Agriton and Agro-Vital's vision for a greener world.

I owe so much to Fran, not only for hiring me but for trusting me to carry on her legacy. I vividly remember our first conversation—her enthusiasm for sustainability and her commitment to making a positive impact were infectious. It felt like I had found a kindred spirit. Fast forward nearly six years, and Fran has decided it’s time for her to step back and enjoy a well-deserved retirement. Her trust in me to lead Agriton and Agro-Vital into the future is an honor that I am incredibly proud of.

The future looks promising, thanks in no small part to the dynamic team Fran has assembled. Our growth has been steady, and we are now twice the size we were when I first joined. This winter, we're expanding our facilities with a new warehouse and have recently completed a state-of-the-art production facility for single-strain microbes—just one example of how we are investing in continued excellence for our customers.

To all of our loyal customers, thank you. Your support means the world to us. Every order brings us joy and allows us to continue our work as a small, family-run business in the Southwest, striving to compete against larger companies in the industry. You are the reason we’re here, and we look forward to serving you for many years to come.

Fran, I hope retirement brings you as much joy and fulfillment as your time with Agriton and Agro-Vital has brought to all of us. You’ve earned it, and no one deserves it more.
